Is there any way of "levelling" the sound output from a music library stored on a PC.

I know, for example, that you can level the output when you write a disc onto say, Nero, but can you do it for the mp3 library on your hard drive?

I don't use iTunes, I just have an mp3 library in an ordinary file, which I find better and play through winamp.

    Try MP3 Gain

It allows you to set the level for a files to whatever you want
