Just got email from a friend saying that after there cat had walked across keyboard the monitor output has gone from landscape to portrait, i.e. rotated 90 degrees.....she's had to turn the monitor on its side to use it! Any ideas what could have caused this? (apart from the cat!) p.s. It's Windows XP
No The entire monitor output has rotated 90 degrees.....gone from landscape to portraint so they've had to rotate the monitor 90 degrees to view it. I've found online that XP does support portrait orientated screens so it's obviously some simple key combination that sets it
Don't know the answer but....... I read that in the current issue of Computeractive..... Positive I have, but definately seen the same somewhere before apart from here Just thought I would share that
Cheers Found this Somewhere in Display Properties => Settings => Advanced in the tab for your graphics card should be an option to Rotate the screen. http://www.theeldergeek.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13354
Ctrl - Alt - Up /Down/left/right Should get it there. one of the combinations use down last. try the others first/
