Got a widescreen monitor and watching streaming video, the video shows "letterboxed" (i.e. black bars top and bottom) on a widescreen picture rather than filling screen....how do you change the settings for it? I've gone through the settings on the buttons on the monitor.
No thats ok on those movies They are filmed in a different ratio to the 16:9 ratio of the widescreen set This is a picture that is 16:9 widescreen that would fill the screen on a telly
can you watch the streaming video through VLC player http://vlc-media-players.com/?t=vlcp3&gclid=CJnfq9GUlZMCFQtrMAod0WWTYA it has the option to change aspect ratio to widescreen. i use it for sopcast
