Left early tonight. Hoped it was a blessing and that he had left instructions to do the deed, but apparently not

Unfortunately he has put himself in an impossible position by saying Johnson is the last manager he will hire.

Not as impossible a position as keeping the clueless loser after he's got us into an infinitely worse state than the one Danny was sacked for being in.

Yes, 50/50 with PC. As 50% shareholder in the company who owns thr land we pay rent to play on he is still the clubs landlord

I don't think there are many that would hold it against him if he sacked him then said he regretted the comment- or at the least said that comment had the proviso that we continued to make some kind of forward progress.

What's the record number of defeats for the same manager in the FL? Because it would appear to be in danger.

Oh, and I like Lee- I also like my cat. Doesn't mean I want him running my football team.

Not really. He may regret it but it's not an impossible position.

Thats the only thing that I can think of, otherwise it was a really naive comment to make. Surely, he can't be in a position where he doesn't have an exit planned but is stubbonly going to shut his eyes to the carnage and stick by him come what may. Because if Cryne is still here in May, and LJ is still here in May, and we have long since been relegated after a catastrophic season, and LJ is looking starting the season in L2 then I won't be there. And I suspect there would be a stampede for the exit.
