    Apparently should have sent Rooney off, but didn't.

    Rooney did 2 shocking tackles inside 10 secs , but as the ref didnt have time to book for the first one before the 2nd one went in he didnt send him off.

    So why not book him for both?

    Surely if you've committed 2 bookable offences, regardless of the time frame, you should be booked twice?
