The stills don't do it justice. From what I have seen in footage it looked like it was one that could go either way. There was enough there to knock JCR off balance and footballers go down when off balance. They all do it. The ref was definitely wrong to send him off. Should have just waved play on if he thought it wasn't a penalty.
No different to the penalty Man U got yesterday. Only difference was we weren't the home team playing at Old Trafford!!
I Loved That Penalty Everton Gave Away It's not everyday you see a wrestling move like a spinning heel kick used in a football match. No wonder Moyes was so annoyed at giving away a pen in the 88th minute.

He Didn't Complain Much If He Believed He Got Fouled The more I see it, the more it looks like he was trying to be South American. Sometimes it works and sometimes they don't.
Both Saw it on Virgin media, looked like he got tripped, but went down like a sack of spuds which made the ref think it was a dive. His lack of reaction seemed to suggest that it was a fair cop though.
That and the ref was giving every decision their way probably just thought cant be bothered, apparently JCR did argue with the forth official on the way off the pitch.
