People Wanted Us To Get Through So We Can Get A BIG Team Next Round

Well Theres Still Fa Cup And We Are Already Guarenteed A 3rd Round Place, So We Got Chance Of A BIG Team In That.

 

I personally wanted us to get through to earn some money

To help the financial position of the club, to gain more TV and media coverage, gain recognition and have a good cup run which would bring in new fans to Oakwell.</p>

The club had other ideas though. Oh well, each to their own like</p>

Hayes and howard were sat on the bench and should have been brought on for at least the last 5 minutes. They could have won us the game and earned the club not only a few thousand quid prize money straight away but also more potential money from the next round.</p>

reading the posts of those who went its like its the end of the fooking world, and to be honest most of the whinges are the fact they paid 12 quid to see the reserves what did they really expect same team as satdi!.. !!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

we have not got enough strength in depth to fight in three competitions.the sooner theleague cup is scrapped the better.

what if Mk Dons draw Chelsea/Man Utd/Arsenal/Liverpool etc etc

premiership managers can afford to field a reserve team but i dont think we can.
I know weve got a game on Friday but footballers get paid 1000s of £'s to keep fit. Could have given them a rest today aswell.
But if we get a result at Preston, weve played it right.
