he told Ritchie to make the call and bring them in, but he didnt

he has to look, and offer Ritchie players because it isnt happening the other way

Also, when asked by Paul Walker "Why are you offering players, shouldn't the manager be identifying them?", Mr Shepherd said "I have to, because it isn't happening the other way!"

 

Dont know if anyone else feels the same

but I dont like the 'don't blame me, blame him' things that I'm hearing. It doesn't paint a good picture. I'd expect, or should I say hope, that the chairman and manager would be supporting each other not pointing the blame

we could have got Ritchie Jones but AR said he wasnt going to play every week. So he went to Colchester and there manager isnt playing him every week.
