    I know that scenario would've taken SOD out of the equation, but whoever came in would've had a month to suss out the squad and target potential signings. It seems to me we need fresh thinking/ideas and I don't think Flicker has done this in his 2 games.

    Yes he should, definitely. He should have been on a yellow card after the Nottingham Forest game at Oakwell and sacked after the Wednesday game. We definitely left it too late and it will be a factor in a manager taking the role. Just my opinion though.
