    I'd say that from that report

    It's bad enough.
    For Humey to be feeling unwell & vomiting IS an indication of possible epileptic seizure relating to head injury.
    This could go on again and again for months & years.
    Let's hope it's something else, but to me it's likely it's a direct reult of his injury & is VERY worrying.
