Let's be right, the Perkins substitution was a shocker but it didn't lose us the game. Dagnall missing from 6 yards, Davies blasting a penalty into orbit and no-one marking at a set piece lost us the game. We dominated the game for long spells. Good teams win when they play badly, Barnsley lose when they play well. Relegation looms...

That was a tougher chance for Dagnall than you make out - cross was over-hit and he was stretching to get to it with his weaker foot.

    The rest I agree with.

Agreed Dagnall was stretching but he had so much time he didn't have to hit it first time. The lad clearly has lost all confidence in front of goal and never seems to make the right decision...

At the point at which the substitution was made it negatively affected our chances of winning a vital game that was there for the taking. The fact that there were individual incidents both before and after the substitution which had a more tangible effect on the result does not change the fact that bringing Done on for Perkins was a crackhouse decision.

Perkins is recently back from injury, Keith brought him back too quick last time is and is probably being cautious particularly with the heavy schedule of games.
It wasn't the greatest of balls for Dagnall. We are creating chances which is a major improvement on a month ago.

Totally agree. I think the substitutions were mental and played a massive part in us losing the game.
