This operation really is the pits (no pun intended).</p> My car has been recalled for safety reasons, so I foolishly booked it in at Perrys to get the work done.</p> They knew exactly what needed doing (they even told me how long it would take). </p> In the light of previous experiences, I can't say I was surprised when they rang me back half an hour later to say they didn't have the part(s) in stock, so I would have to collect the car and book it back in another day.</p> On a previous visit, I had vowed never to return, but this recall work forced my hand somewhat. If they finally get the work completed, that will be it as far as I'm concerned.</p>
