I have witnessed two things today-

A memorial to the men from this area who fought in Spain against the the fascist in the 1930's. Many were killed or were held in camps.

The other was watching the England play and watching the fans loking like it was the end of the world and some arseholes wanting to fight with anyone who moved.

Shankley was wrong.. life is more important that football.. Hillsborough, Bradford and Heysal proved that,

Its just a game and we weren't good enough.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

    You're right, of course.

Thing is, not many of us were watching the Somme and knew who should have been moved where.

I know which one I should care about, but I don't.
