    Just a guess. I don't see him coming here unless we're flogging Cranie. We've three decent centre halves and I can only see maybe a young centre half joining us if I'm honest.

    I know from the PNE forum that Grayson wants him, and they're in need (so say their fans) of a strong and experienced centre half.

    He'll end up at Donny now... ;)

    We were hoping to bring Ramage back on loan again so I wouldn't be surprised if we were to bring another centre half in, assuming Ramage isn't to return.

    I think we do need another centre half. What I don't think is that it'll be an experienced one on decent money. I think we're more likely to bring a younger centre half in. Although, Danny does love bringing through young defenders. Maybe Cowgill will be a squad member from day one?

    It was in the Huddersfield Examiner today about Peter Clarke being wanted by Donny. A pretty small article in the centre sports pull out they have every monday. They mentioned the other three clubs you mention too but PNE local rag denied him being a target of them about a month ago.
