    Outstanding tonight (apart from the ball skidding off his head in the 95 minute) no nonsense defending, won just about every header and cleared lines when under pressure.

    A good professional performance

    You're right but to be fair Big Jean was just as good - missed nothing.
    Still a bit raw but reminds me of a younger version of Darren Moore - no nonsense - clear the lines - job done

    Not half as busy as usual though due to Scowen stopping most attacks before they got near our defence

    We look far better with that back 4, what we need now is the starting 11 ( probably swapping Winnall for Hemmings) to get 4 or 5 games on the spin to get some momentum

    Thought the back 4 was excellent. Ramage was excellent and special mention for BFJ who competed well, kept the **** ups to a minimum and got away with nearly killing their bloke in the first half.

    Ramage and mvoto solid . Crainie class. Nyatanga steady . Turnbull reliable . Good defensive performance overall

    The other thing with Ramage is the amount of talking he does, seems to really help Big Jean and settle him down and it's clear that Pearson looks up to him.
