    how the hell does he keep getting in charge and nearly ruining clubs?....it's beyond belief......quite clearly a cro.ok

    In my opinion Ridsdale should never be knocked for his one big achievement although if is gamble had worked out Leeds would be one of the top clubs in Europe now.

    And what do you base your opinion that he is corrupt on? Saying he's a poor businessman who shouldnt be allowed to run a club is one thing but actually corrupt? On what basis?

    If he is allegedly a lovely person** I can only say he's not the only one in football is he. If people are stupid or wise enough to let him use their money then so be it.

    Its almost like the bloke who walked away from a company which allegedly never made a profit with so much money he was able to buy a Football Club.

    There are plenty of millionares, including Richard Branson, who have broken the law on their way to riches.

    It's the Capitalist system which is corrupt and allows a few individuuals to get mega rich in a short space of time.

    Look how Thatcher virtually gave the National Bus Company away. Legal but corrupt.

    We now have Osbourne wanting to sell the banks off to his mates for a lot less than the Tax payer, thats us by the way, payed to stop them going under.

    Nearly every Nationalised Company which has made profits has been sold off cheaply.

    The whole bleeding World is corrupt.

    Even the old Tory PM Harold Macmillan said Thatcher sold the family silver and that Son of hers' Mark became a millionare hanging onto her coat tails.

    Corruption to various degrees is rife throughout the World.

    Ridsdale did help PC save barnsley fc though. I'm convinced if that hadn't happened BFC would've been the first proffessional club to fold.

    what your saying is without foundation or even official.all i know is that my fc was going down in the hands of an administrator that did'nt give 2 hooks about bfc or its fans.the conglomerate that ended up with it only cared about the money and in my opinion should never have been offered it.pr,pc and the council stepped in and the rest is history. thats officialy that the stories of peter ridsdale after are unofficial and hearsay.

    Really? I don't remember him applying to build houses on the carpark. I do remember Cryne doing that though...
    By the way before I get sued I mean Oakwell community holdings or whatever it is called, the company owned 50/50 between cryne and the council. Theyre the only people who I recall trying to build houses on BFC land.
