Perhaps it was shown on the plans for the stand (to signify blocks) and it got translated into the build by accident!

A bit like those lovely tables that were at that Indian in Darton, the design plans for the table got sent and had the name scrawled on the plan just for identification, and the awful scrawled name got included on the table. They were so expensive they couldn't afford to get them redone!

Just had a thought and checked it - they were formed in 1934 - reckon that's what it'll be.

Yes, according to their forums. Put the away fans in the **** end with the **** facilities, wish we would learn.

I would say its for accomodating away fans, but I`m sure I read that wont happen til next season and it may open for home fans this season, when its ready, as a trial.

Thus a saving if the stand is shut? The other half of the west is already open with stewards scattered about. Linton could flog the empty seats for advertising banners and the away fans could sing "Your grounds too big for you" for 90 mins.
