Watching England Women playing Spain in the " She Believes Cup". Drawing 0-0 at the moment
after beating Japan earlier in the week 1-0, but previously losing to the World Champions USA 0-2.

To stand any chance of winning the trophy, they need to beat Spain by four goals and hope that
Japan beat the USA, which is a massive ask. They won this same trophy when he first took control and he guided them to fourth place in the Women's World Cup.

Nevilles record as England Manager can at best be described as mediocre and yet, in my opinion
he's totally misguided when he says he will know when it's time for him to go. Possibly the England
Women's selectors might have a different opinion and end his tenure, because he's quite clearly out
    of his depth.

SheBelieves Cup: England v Spain - I'll know when it's right to go, says Phil Neville

One down now with four minutes still to play. Can't wait to hear his excuse this time.

Can’t see how he can stay personally, if it was the men’s team, Senior or U21 he would have been gone by now.

I'm not interested at all in women's football, but that's my choice, however I can't get my head around a competition that sounds like it's sponsored by a women's sanitary product.
A bit like the men's FA cup sponsored by Viagra.

He's not a good coach, doesn't play to the squad's strength, he has taken away their confidence and belief. I would prefer the team to have a woman coach or a man who's had success.
He has to go for the good of the team, he's a celebrity not a successful coach.

At least he admits that he needs to start earning his "coin" and that results need to improve, but in the
same breath, implies that the players are not good enough. He needs reminding, that it is down to
him to select the players, coach them and set them up to win any particular game. It's beyond comprehension
that with three wins from eleven games he still retains the confidence of the England Women's team selectors.
