Thanks to everyone who have sent their best wishes following my recent accident. I am currently on leave from the Northern General Hospital following 5 operations on my arm in the last 4 weeks. I've been told to expect another operation next week when they are going to attempt to rebuild my elbow joint. Good luck to the lads for the rest of the season. The result on Easter Monday came through just as I returned to the ward from surgery and cheered me up no end. (casualty)
I fractured my radius, ulna and humorous bones and destroyed the radial head elbow joint in my right arm. My arm then went into compartment syndrome which means all the nerves started dying in my forarm. All I did was slip (when sober) and fall onto my arm.
Hope things work out with the next op Your young uns been updating me, unbelievable that you only fell over.
