Phone Help Please

i would like to top up someones phone for them has a nice surprise. but got told it aint possible. is this true ?

 

Go into a shop and get one of them top up leaflets with the free top up cards. Register it to their number and top it up. Simple.

i have an E topup card for O2 because we are both on that network. but the 19 digit number on the back of the card you need the persons phone to register that card to that phone so i cant do that.

 

i tyhink you can just go up to a man in hmv or sumot and then say"can i have a tenner on this please...without card....and they should give you a receipt tellin u wot to du

u ring 150 or wotever and then top up

 

u obviously know number so go 2 a cash machine n u can do it from most of them these days all u need is network n telephone number n ya sorted instant top up
