When my Samsung phone rings the screen that usually shows with the green icon to answer it isn't showing? Tried googling it but no luck! They rest is working fine and I can make a call but again the screen with the read end call icon isn't showing so I can't hang up. Anyone any ideas?
Check the accessibility settings and make sure you haven’t some how activated “side key to hang up” or a similar setting.
My last Samsung suddenly changed from red/green answer/hangup buttons to swipe-up / swipe-down to answer or hang up
