    anyone know there policy on cancelling a new contract, signed up to day but my old phone seams to be reserecting itself so if i can get away with still using it need to know if and how i would cancel the new plan

    I think you get a standard 7 day cooling off period. Read the agreement through, your answer should be in there somewhere.

    Seen the 7 day thing one the website but can't find it on my agreement, i'll just have to asume that its the same, need to wait yet see if my old phone does fully resurect or if it is only partial resurection

    don't think you get a cooling off period if you get it from a shop. you do if buying over phone or web.

    not 100% though
