Suffering with illiotibial Band Syndrome (and they're not some new age band before anyone says owt!). Need a decent physio. Got to pay for myself, so does anyone have any recommendations? (And I poured coffee over it, but I can't claim on the insurance!)
You can refer yourself to the NHS physiotherapy department and get your treatment for free. You don't need to go through your GP. http://www.barnsley.nhs.uk/Downloads/providers/uk0035/Physiotherapy-Could-you-refer-yourself.pdf
Peter Heseltine on Bond Road (off Huddersfield Road). His diagnosis and treatment were spot on for me when I needed "emergency repairs" a couple of years back.
Laughing. If I remember correctly, a knee injury flared up on the flight over - couldn't walk when I got off the plane. I made it to Oakwell 2 days later though - so he did something right!
