    Tyke 1 i said yestoday about it. it was a very nasty slap and the ref was looking at it from about 5 yards away. when butterfield went off it was 9 against 14 and we still could have won. WELL DONE LADS KEEP IT UP.

    so if you slap some in face its not foul. Thats what the bristol players hand doing that high. Isn't it classed as violent conduct.

    it can be accidental

    running for the ball with your arms swinging you could accidentally catch someone, it doesn't mean you've slapped them.

    I'm not saying that the butterfield incident wasnt a foul but contact can be made with someones face in a physical contact sport without it being intentional.

    By the way, you're 100% sure it was a slap, I thought it was an elbow that caught him and we were both obviously watching. I've no idea what actually happened but the fact we both thought we saw different things and others saw nothing shows that it wasn't as clear as is made out.

    i thought it was a slap but i was 60 yards away at least. if it was a elbow that make it worse
