    Starting to think there might be more solid players in the team this season!

    For me:

    Davies
    Cavaré - Mawson - Lindsay - Pinillos
    McGeehan - Hourihane - Mowatt
    Woodrow - Winnall - Thiam

    Hard calls on Yids/Cavare and Lindsay/Pinnock, and I loved Hammill but can't shoehorn him into my preferred formation :p

    Still a long way to go for the current crop, but the potential is there.

    Don't underestimate the White/Hammill partnership down our right. Was tremendous.

    It was a great partnership but cut short by White's injury. Seem to remember it was down the left though?

    Sorry, you are correct yes. Down the left. White played more often than not in the promotion season if I recall correctly. It was the year after when his leg fell off.

    This. Pinnock has had as good a season as I've ever seen from a Barnsley defender. Miles ahead of both Mawson and Roberts in the promotion season.
