    40% ability 60% luck. There's no criteria as such. Every manager gets the sack at some stage. Just reading the yes and no's on here for every manager mentioned shows not every body will be pleased whoever we pick. Personally I'll wait with baited breath and support whoever the board appoint. Whatever they do will be in the clubs interest believe it or not.

    exhaustive recriutment process, several interviews, presentations. whoops no thats the real world. Footba;ll dances to its own tune but yes I agree with you

    Its a game of chance. So many things can happen even with a good manager. Had winalls hammy not gone v scunny we wouldnt be sat here debating this. And thats the pathetic thing about it. Winall getting injured has comtributed to dannys downfall. Mansford said "just not done quite well enough" or words to that effect. You dont sack a manager on a marginal decision.

    Well they've made their bed so they will have to lie in it now. Hope they are ready for some tuff questions thursday. Just hope they give the new man longer than danny if we cant get winall fit or we end up getting worse rather than better.

    Wonder if they actually realised they could make things worse rather than better?
