Could do with Mallik moving near to Mowatt to calm him down a bit and keep him on the straight and narrow we’ve got a gem here and need to keep it polished

Only read a few comments nothing but positivity.

Sounds like Grant is the equivalent to our friend down in Bristol.

Not quite. McCann upset them by jumping ship. Bone of contention with Johnson is he was here in the first place.

Didn't realise till I read it today that Doncaster has the reputation regarding the
highest number of travellers ( pikeys) within its boundaries. Conservative estimates
are that there are somewhere between 4-6 thousand of them.

When I lived in Donny and worked for Doncaster Met, I was involved in the purchase
of the materials to carry out repairs to Council houses and Civic buildings.
The gypsy problem in the town was so bad, a Gypsy surveillance officer and three assistants
were appointed to monitor them and try to move them on.

I called in at North Bridge Depot one day and the Gypsy team were about to leave for the
funeral of a pikey who had been electrocuted on the Black Bank industrial estate whilst burning
    PVC sheathing off electric cabling.

The deceased had apparently lifted a metal scaffolding pole in the air and accidentally clipped
an overhead high voltage cable. He'd apparently been giving the Gypsy team a real hard time.
I asked my colleague deep down how did he really feel about it. He said that he only had one regret.
When I asked him what that was, he said " that his two hundred or so mates weren't holding hands with him."

Barnsley have just got a bit more of a history developing players and money to do it better than us right now.

Understatement of the year from the pikeys there, a bit more? They are nowhere near our level of spending, even last season in the same division. We've developed £30 million of defenders in the last 6/7 years, besides Mills and possibly Sharp l can't remember them selling anyone for a decent amount. Read a lot on their board about us being above them or they can't compete "at the minute" they've had half of a 15 year spell with us, we had not seen them since the 70s.
