    The pitch looked great.

    My observation was the amount of water on it. Ball could barely roll at times.

    They usually drench it with the sprinklers pre match, whether it's been raining or not. Though thinking back, I don't recall them being on on Tuesday.

    They might have been on really early but weren't on in the usual pre match period which makes it even stranger how much water was coming up off the pitch even at 90 minutes

    The only thing I can think of is some leak off from the west stand bogs.

    Highlights don't show much, but you can see a bit from 1 min 39.
    1) Their defender looks like he's clearing it from a puddle.
    2) Ball from Jordan forward gives off spray (great pass BTW)
    3) Ball struggles to roll as James surges forward.
    4) Devante slides in to stick it away as though he is emerging from a water slide.
