Took young un for his birthday arrived at 4:05pm starters on table by 4:20pm starters finished by 4:30pm pizza still not arrived at table at 5:10pm.


Fooking shocking wasnt even busy only 6 people in

though in defence to the restaurant part of the problem is that it is thought of as fast food though it never advertises itself as such meaning that customer often complain if there food takes 30 mins though in any other restaurant this would be seen as the norm

 

Dickheads fault who cooks the Pizza. 1 hour for a Pizza is shocking bird serving was dead reight, the bloke cooking was just dead i think.

 

well they must be pretty dead in the head to be working in the pizza hut kitchen!

I agree, but when you order something you expect it to come to the table hot, and then when you send it back someone then comes to you to say the main course you ordered isn't on the menu. So yeh i guess its *****. And that was the one in town.

 

i don't tell anyone my last name at work lol, that would be wierd i might do it on saturday see how people react

I blame the people who work in the kitchen

they like to wait until an item has run out and then been order again before telling anyone on the front that there is non left, meaning we have to then go tell customers they can't have what they ordered
