There are good Generals and there are bad one's. The good ones would undoutedly get to know the enemy by attempting to be one step ahead of the opposition. To achieve this, the good general will be knowledgeble about his enemy. How they play and their methods will be knowable. He will formulate a plan of action based upon what he knows about the enemy and decide what tactics to employ so that there is not a repetition of the previous lost battles. In essence, the general will transpire to communicate with his soldiers, motivate and generate enuthusiasm in preparation for the forthcomming battle. The battlfield will be the one where previously other battles have been lost and as such, if the battle is yet again lost, the general will not place the blame upon an imaginary "Jinx". He will go out onto the battlefield determind that he will not lose. Should he be defeated, he will provide educated feedback and provide logical reasoning as to why the outcome was again a negetive one. I'm waiting general. ff (blagger) (furious) (givinfinger)
