    This is the time for MD and his assistants to get a new plan in place and sharpish cos a can’t see where next goal is going to come from

    That's the big problem. There doesn't seem to be a plan b available. We have a terrible squad if plan A's starting 11 isn't available

    On the one hand I feel for duff. He doesn't have 11 players that are good enough at the moment. On the other hand he chose to keep Martin on for 90 minutes today and chose to only give a young, hungry, Jalo 70 seconds of normal time so on reflection is he part of the solution or part of the problem? time will tell

    Bringing Jalo on for a few minutes was a piss poor decision. We are losing, creating nothing, atmosphere is toxic and you bring in a sixteen year old. Bring him on with twenty to go when he's a chance of getting some service or don't bring him on and risk doing to him what Davey did to RNL.
