For me a good manager as a plan a,b,c etc......when your initial plan isn't working then go to plan b and if plan b isn't working then try plan c.....you get my drift!! I like LJ...... he's young, impressive, clearly has a plan for how he wants his players to set up BUT he doesn't appear to be able to change tactics when it's blatantly clear what needs to happen. The games which we've all enjoyed this season Swindon, Everton & Gillingham have been teams that play like us.....footballing teams!! But when we play the likes of Crewe, Doncaster & Blackpool who in my opinion are ***** (some will say we are too) when plan A fails to work we seem to be up **** creak.....this is where a good manager then goes to other options, we have enough players in the squad to rotate it to suit our opposition. Anyone who's scouted us for up and coming games will be saying.....get 10 meh behind the ball, frustrate them and hit them on the counter and sadly 7 times out of 10 we'll end up with no points. LJ has all the ingredients to make a lovely cake but at the minute he's got his eggs and flower all over the shop.......stop being a stuburb **** and alternate the team when it's required!! Have a nice sunday evening
The only thing Lee Jay is impressive with at the moment is boring the Knackers off the good folk of the town!
I believe he has some impressive qualities about him and there have times this season when that has been apparent but sadly for LJ he's not showing these qualities on a weekly basis
Aye, the bloke towing his ******** off at Scunny. Keith and Flicker were and still are better managers. Robins is a nice bloke, but has no bottle and his teams are as dull as he is to listen to.
I was trying to work out who would win a bore off between the two yesterday. It'd be close but unwatchable.
