I honestly didn't think we were going to concede at all during that second half - they were just pumping high balls forward that we dealt with comfortably. I'm distraught at the penalty decision, especially as the ref waved it away at first and I've a feeling that'll be the last straw for our survival. People saying Davey should have changed it earlier bla bla bla are talking rubbish. We were in control all through that second half and deserved the win. Davey played the best eleven today and they performed for him. Then again, if we do go down, it's not just down to that decision is it?
Nope Its down to a whole season of **** results, bad officiating, Negative/****/crap tactics (Take your pick), Manager and Players
RE: Nope have you thought about a career in journalism or critical writing? They could do with your erudite, well reasoned critique in the Guardian book review column. Homer's Illiad. What the f**k was all that about then? **** book written by some low-life Greek tw*t about f**k-all by the looks of it! What the f**k was Agamemnon thinking abart hanging rand artside when he should have got stuck into the Trojan cnuts. Negative f**king tactics agean ! And that there Achilles! waste of space. Swans abart, preening and gets a lucky shot in against Hector (who's not much f**king better if you ask me) then loses it with a tendon injury!! **** and ****, all of it.
I agree. I thought we played well. I haven't seen the penalty on Sky yet but it looked like one in real time. But the reason we didn't take all three points again was down to missed chances again. The number of times this season we have not punished sides when we are on top is the main reason we are in a relegation battle again. If we play like that in the remaining two games we have a decent chance of escaping. Good ground, pity it was only a quarter full!
