...can only mean that our defensive players aren't good enough and it will keep costing us until they are changed.

Positive is we've played good football by the sounds of it, but it's going to keep being in vain if we chuck a hat full of goals the home side's way every week.

good football is a million times improvement on January to April, and as for goals conceded , Brighton was woeful so right it off altogether as it'd be unfair to single out defending as the issue, they were ***** from one to eleven.

The more worrying is wolves and tonight at Swansea, played well but concede three, some through basic errors too.

The basic errors can and will be ironed out after more games and training sessions together, plus when the back four is settled.

The honest truth is we won't play premiership clubs or clubs with premiership budgets and players every week - I honestly think the signs are there that this team is very capable of getting results at championship level, and I think we'll do well at home against most sides.

Even with wiseman at cb if that's what he insists on.

Besides from Middlesbrough we are shipping goals at an alarming rate and Keef must do something to strengthen us at the back. It's very worrying because we just can't hope to score four in every game.

I think we can see with a team like LIVERPOOL, they have the strikers who should be making the club challenge for the Premship title. But at times they also have the defenders who could be taking the club down to mid table. (which by their high standards, is an absolute disaster)

The best strikers in the world at a club or country, wont win anything with a poor set of defenders & keeper behind them.

This sounds complicating and our Keef seems to be struggling to understand what it means. But come on for goodness sake, its not rocket science is it!!

Have they? Who? Suarez couldn't finish a fish supper, Carroll can't get in the team and he's hardly thirty a year anyway, the new kid - borrini is it? Where's the proof he's a league winner? Tevez, aguero, ballotelli, dzeko. Yes. Van Persie, Rooney, kawaja, Hernandez, welbeck. Yes. Torres, mata, hazard, sturridge, possibly. Liverpool? No.

We are poor defensively and I see the comparison you're making but to say Liverpool have the forwards to challenge for the title is ridiculous.

IMHO, that match could easily have finished 4-4.
