Would definitely settle for that. Assuming he's relatively fit then I can't see why it would need to be a lengthy trial period as it's not like anyone hasn't seen him play, he's been around in England for years!
he could be trialing us, he might have said i'll give you a week get to know the lads, and your training program, then we'll have a sit down and see what happens
He's a nasty f.ucker him. Remember him going straight through O'Brien in that 5-3 defeat against them last season. He tweeted a picture of his bruises with the caption 'cheers for this Sonko!'
Same with Gillett, pretty much ever present for donny last season so you'd think Keith would know what he can do. Maybe likes to check their attitude?
He needs to undertake DNA tests. Their saliva is sent to labs in Wombwell for analysis, to assess if they have the requisite "Hillcroft DNA".
I'd like us to sign Sonko Especially as I suggested him at the beginning of the close season! If Gillett & the two other trialists were to come in too and add a bit of Championship quality to the squad, perhaps it'd be an indication of where some of the Butterfield transfer monies would be going ie. salaries and agent's fees, rather than transfer fees.
It'd be a bit hypocritical of me To make derogatory comments about someone else's weight & eating habits.
Re: It'd be a bit hypocritical of me Ah but could he eat at Dil Raj every day and keep the figure of a racing snake like Stahlrost??
Ah, Stahlrost Built like a whippet, appetite of a hungry thing, always with a drink in his hands, popular with the ladies.
