How fair is it for teams like Wigan to have a free run at the last day while we have to play. Having a free day Wigan manage to get 5 deals over the line, fecking stinks.

Given most clubs have staff to handle these things I don't see it as issue.

The transfer window lasts a full month, not just a few hours. Thats like having the whole of December off work, then moaning you haven't had time to do your xmas shopping cos you're working xmas eve.

I think you'll find that's cos they don't mind spending a bit of money.... We could have moved this game to Wednesday, we've know about it since last June..

They've been given 1/62 advantage. Zero excuses for us, if you are looking for one.

wow , not like you to Pig Headed about this kinda thing

    what a shock.

The FA could have prevented a lot of heart aches for many clubs... there were no fixtures Monday after an FA Cup Week-end... the simplicity of making the next weeks fixtures... yes the day after the window closure could have helped a lot of clubs. Its not all about the back room contract boys its also about the manager and his squad... think about it seriously.... we have all been on tenterhooks worrying about Roberts and Watkins and Angus... that surely has to be unsettling for those players and the rest of the squad. If they had put the fixtures up for tomorrow 1st Feb many woulda been more relaxed fans, players and managers alike, as they all woulda known where they were. Take a moment to think this through, I am not having a go at you Sir ..but I do believe on this occasion the FA should have taken a step back and not put such a huge set of fixtures up on the deadline day... to me it shows just what an incompetent set of tossers the FA really are.
