You'll probably get a mixed response

You'll get a load going for the different systems - I've got a 360 and would recommend that - others will reciommend the Wii and the PS3 - depends on what you want it for I suppose

I had one from Launch, sold it after 12 months and must have played a handful of times. Reason, main games I wanted kept getting put back time and time again.Glad I never ditched the 360

360 games are better - far more choice

Bioshock, Halo 3 , Crackdown all brilliant games.

    I hate Halo 3.

If anybody wants it, its for sale, along with some other games for the 360!

Deffo 360 mate, based on the fact that it has a better selection of games. WII is for the younger generation and PS3 doesn't live up to its standards IMO

    Which games are you selling?

I haven't played the 360, but have always gone with the PlayStation brand. I strongly considered buying a 360 when the PS3 came out, but kept faith with Sony and I can honestly say I haven't been let down. I casually like to play online, but cannot warrant forking out what Microsoft charge for online play. So with PS3's being free, there is simply no contest. Something else that put me off the 360 is the dreaded "ring of death" that can kill a 360. The built in blu-ray, the wireless controllers at no extra cost, and also the built in wifi did it for me. The games are well on their way now too - with GTAIV around the corner in April, and Gran Turismo HD. The PS3 has apparently only used about 30% of it's capabilities so far, yet the 360 is around 85% (or similar percentages, not too sure).

Like I say though, I cannot really say much against the 360 because I have not played one.

Well.. I've got Fight Night Round 3, Assassin's Creed, Forza Motorsport 2, Saints Row, Juiced 2, Halo 3 and Tomb Raider: Legend.

Will sell them all for a good price, because I rarely go on them. Only really go on FIFA 08 for online games, and sometimes PES2008.

    :)

PES2008 is still really poor for online play though. Still no patch released to sort the problem, and after this amount of time doubt they will.

    Ring of death

Would that be the ring of death that microsoft provide a 3 year replacement warranty against ? They'll send you a replacement if it fails within 3 years. Even if it's been chipped.

I've got both, use the 360 for games as it's modded but if i could afford to buy games more regular then i'd go for PS3. It's plays Blu-ray which is now going to be the No1 for Hi def films as HD DVD has lost the battle, plus u have to purchase sep HD drive to play the films. The wifi is built in whereas it's £60 for 360. U don't have to pay to play online it's free, and the best part at the mo is that it plays xvid films so no need to burn to dvd anymore. All in all its a good allround media player and games are crisper played through HDMi (unless u've got the 360 elite that comes with HDMi connection).

Hey mate I weren't knocking it bud, it's just something that has affected a ton of users, and it simply put me off as I didn't want the hassle of having to return it if/when it went kaput.
