All this the refs a stoke fan etc etc is embarassing. He was ***** yes but please give it a rest. We should've won & didn't but stop making yourselves look so stupid. Has nobody picked up on their 2nd goal yet????? deserved to win the game on it's own. We were great 2nd half, last year we would've got battered against them with the likes of Kay/austin etc so I think it was a great point even though it was a w*nk way to lose 2 points. As somebody said in another thread these things even themselves out so we are now due 2 favours!!!

Last season 2-2 (conceded one less). Austin and Kay weren`t even on the bench. Why are local lads berated yet foreign players hailed despite terrible performances and dropped B*ll*cks?

 

Not meant to pick on those two because they're local lads, just used their names sorry if you're mates with any mentioned. Maybe the leagues they are now playing in explains why last year was a struggle? Are any of the released players now at a mid-table chamionship team? I can't think of any

Bit Of A Difference Between Our Two Stoke Games

Our first 0-0 at their place in over 50 games and yet 3-3 in the return. It's a good point made about how last season we let in less against them with local lads (who always seemed to get slated) and yet our foreign players are all already legends and Gods.

 

:S stupid comment, they are not legends and gods, no1s even said that, end of day 90%+ of the players weve signed are an improvement to those we had last season, the league table proves this. So would u seriously swap the team we have now for the one we had last year? who gives a **** where they come from

We Have A Much Better Team This Season But.........

if it wasn't for those players last season, we would have got relegated and not attracted the class we did in the close season. It seems whenever people talk about the players we had last season it's "they aren't as good as what we have now" and not "they kept us up".

ye, they should be refered to as the team that kept us up, and not compared to the team we have now. But we have to move on, does it matter if they are foreign english or what, end of day we are a better team and a higher up the league

They tried their best all season and just survived hence a lot of them are not good enough for us to progress, goodbye average 1st division players hello championship quality players and mid table.
