    Success ratio much lower. Then buy or loan unproven players based on stats hoping they combine is asking for disaster.

    In time we will.look back at this season and feels missed opportunity and terrible choices and gambles that haven't worked.

    This doesn’t stack up though does it?
    Poya % is around 50% and 71% at his last job
    Val was in his 60% in his previous job(Val also got to 5th with this exact model).
    Stendel 50%.

    The anomaly in this was Schopp who was in the mid 30’s
    Which on its own begs the question why the **** did we pick him(record compared with others).
