As per usual the only thing spoiling was the match. Oh and the hour delay on the way back to add to a 6 hour coach travel, which meant we missed Euro final kick off.

Full coach, mix of couples, groups of young lads, pensioners, etc. Great bunch. Made a couple of new mates. Cracking mix. Was a laugh from a 4am start on Saturday until a 5:30 return yesterday evening.

Been to Home Park a few times over the years but never had a booze in the city. I was surprised how nice the city is and especially how many different types of pubs so close together.

Nice hotel, coach and a brekkie all in for £100 well spent. £24 on a match ticket well wasted.

Glad you enjoyed it. I love long away trips where you stop overnight and see much more of a new place than just the ground or the odd pub. Did the same in Swansea last season and probably do it for Exeter this year if it doesn't get moved because of the cup. And yes, as you've alluded to, usually the only slight downer is the football!
