    From having some poor loan players, we've gone entirely the other way and had some really, really good ones. Clearly we're trusted with some teams best (young) players and it's paying off in spades. Of course it helps they are coming into a team that's full of confidence and winning - not the case historically!

    Thing is had we just gone down the road of ruling out all loans except in case of injuries we'd have probably had to fill those gaps with players who we didn't rate, but brought in because they were the best we could get at the time. And lets face it, we've had some poor buys in recent years....

    Yes it's amazing how when things are going for you, everything follows suit. Good luck breeds good results breeds good play, and then good players join us.

    I just find it amusing that a club with the resources of Sheffield United can't seem to attract the calibre of player that we do.

    These things go in cycles though. Right now it's our turn.
