Back 5 (including Steele) were terrific, couldn't fault any of them and they certainly didn't deserve to be on losing side. Thought the midfield were poor though, couldn't keep the ball and didn't push up and pressure their back 4 enough IMO. Can't really mention the strikers as they didn't have a lot to feed on but I thought A.Gray looked good. J.Gray on the other hand is shocking, he's so bloody lazy and has no attacking intent at all. I'd get rid now.
well said, cnt be too disapointed with a narrow defeat there, on to bristol city and a game that we do need to win if we have mid table ambitions and also at posh is a game we can look at getting somet from, manure game a dunt really care about just hope it doesnt effect our league form and that we dont sustaion any ridiculous 9 month injuries in it
Agreed mate W had our chances, Foster's header springs to mind, along with J.Gray's, Halllfredssons strike, Macken's in the 1st half, Humie's free kick, Dicko's strike in the 2nd half. We could have had the game won before they scored tbh, i thought we gave a good account of ourselves and on a different day may have won.
