    Poor, to say the least.

Yep, I can see on-field improvements and he's had a lot of historic crap to sort out.

But, bottom line is, we ain't seen any improvement in terms of points tally and I find that disappointing, especially against the teams in and around us.

Will we go down? Heart says no, head says yes.

Since the beginning of January when Wilson could start moving players out and bringing in players he wants at the club, he's managed to steady the ship. We've only won one game. But we've only lost one game, too. For my money, we've got better players at the club than we had before. Also, players whose performances prior to the start of the year hadn't been the best (Ramage, Kennedy, Jennings) have improved quite considerably. There's much improvement still to be done, tough. We need to start turning these draws into victories before we're able to move up the table. Those who wanted an immediate turn round in fortunes will be disappointed and some who didn't want his return have quickly been on Wilson's back because of it.
I'm the first to admit I wanted him as our new manager and do honestly believe it will be of benefit to the club, both in the short & long term.

You're correct Lil, I'm just disappointed we haven't got more points, when we probably do deserve to have more.

We desperately need to start picking up wins, mate. If we can do that, not only will we start moving up the table, but confidence will return to the players both individually and a team. The transformation of our own side last season and Sheffield Wednesday this are indicative of the difference self belief & confidence can make with players.

I didn't want Wilson as manager but the appointment happened and we as fans have to give support to the team and trust Wilson In his actions.
He inherited a very poor team and has wasted no time in shipping out some of the dead wood and bring in new players to freshen things up.
Unfortunately things haven't improved as much as we would have hoped.
Yes you can argue we are a more difficult side to beat and are not conceding goals at the alarming rate we were under Flitcrofts tenure, but the fact remains that winning games is the only way to climb us out of the bottom 3.
And this is where my Gripe at Wilson begins. On many occasions Wilson is too negative in his team selection and tactics. We have a player who if used correctly can create goal scoring chances yet continues to only be used as a substitute. How Woods can start a game before Paddy is beyond me.
Yesterday's game was IMO a must win game where we needed to go for broke yet Doncaster were the more threatening side. O'Grady on the wing (What's that all about!) smacks of some of Danny's predecessors selections. Jennings was awful and should have been subbed. I have been critical of O'Brien in recent weeks but I thought he had a good game when he was introduced but the big difference came after M'Court came on. We then became a threat but there's only so much you can do with 10 minutes remaining.
To stand any chance of retaining our Championship status Paddy M'Court has to be selected on a more regular basis.Nows the time for quality and a more attacking team selection. If we are to go down let's do it with all guns blazing rather than the whimper that we are currently witnessing.
