    ........ an absolute disaster.

    It's wrong to speculate about a replacement manager at this stage but everytime this crops up the 'bring Redfearn in' brigade make my blood boil.

    Just cos Redfearn is a legend at the club because of his playing days doesn't make him a manager. He did nowt at Halifax and took Scarborough out of the Conference ........ the wrong way!

    Winstanley back to the club by all means in some capacity, it was a terrible mistake to get rid of him, and can even go with Redfearn coming back in some capacity, but definitely not as the manager, never in a million years would that be the right decision

    Dowie, out of the current crop of 'unemployed' managers ...

    .... given his record at Crystal Palace, he obviously knows his way around the Championship, but he would probably bring his own backroom team with him so I doubt Redders and Winstanley would feature if that appointment was made.

    Personally I think it's a pointless debate at this point, but the 'bring Redders in' thread just got my attention . . . because of it's repeated absurdity

    Besides, all this 'Barnsley through and through' B*ll*cks really irritates me. He was a great player for us, the end. In terms of where his loyalties lie, that's a different matter entirely.
