    By arrangements I mean 2 per season ticket holder, no priority for fans with stubs and chelsea given the north stand</p>

    Could have had a "just not surprised". Simple arrangemnets that the box office can cope with. £25 and £15 to make it easy for cash not to "fleece" supporters.
