RE: This 'scramble in the Championship' Maybe he's leaving QPR to take part in a Scrabble championship and the reporter misheard.
We Want To Keep Him? I'd be surprised if that's true, as he's not exactly pulled up any roses since he came back to us on loan.
Correction - his agents says... that Barnsley are interested. along with Swansea, Derby etc. Rings bells with last year doesn't it. Barnsley, Swansea and Derby, eh? Well, this time he'll have to find a service station somewhere on the M42 near Birmingham in order to keep everyone guessing. I bet no one else turns up. Never mind - the all day breakfasts are good value.
Would rather leave him well alone. Talented lad but he will never be consistently fit enough to play or put the required effort into a game. He has the odd really good game and decent short spells of form. But thats not enough. If we sign him it will be more of the same, surely SD can see that?
Conspiracy theory Nardi has played rubbish for us this season as a pact with Davey so we can get him cheap this summer. If he had been banging in the goals QPR might have wanted serious dosh for him wheras now we can probably get him on a free to get him off their wage bill * * Total ****** of course - just thought I'd suggest it before someone does and actually means it
had his chance with us and failed. time to move on Danny lad. Thanks for getting us up and then helping keep us up last season. I predict a move to Swansea at best for him. A real shame. What a waste of talent.
I reckon.... ....Swansea is a likely destination too. Where he will no doubt be injured for most of the season barring the two games against us, in which he will bag at least 3 goals.
