    Of course, this isn't the first time he's been an illegal immigrant having been arrested and served time for entering America under a false passport.

    Once he needs a visa for Schengen, he won't be able to go to his home in Spain either - despite his Irish passport.

    No need to bother. Commit a petty crime once you're in Rwanda and the agreement between them and the UK allows them to send you back here. I can't see many stopping there even if the flights start taking off.

    As part of the rewritten agreement, anyone who is a valid asylum seeker and doesn't commit any crime gets to stay in Rwanda. Anyone that isn't a valid asylum seeker, or commits a crime in Rwanda, gets returned to the UK after a holiday in Rwanda.
