Really like the look of the Glassworks - few more shops it'll be dead smart
Market Kitchen is great - heaving and plenty of choice at a decent price
Had a lovely bacon and egg sandwich from the shop across from the Alhambra
Only 12 pound return on coach to Leeds as opposed to 40 on the train!!!

    Football .... meh!!!!

Went to the Market Kitchen after the Blackburn game. It was packed. Food was great. Good to see the town coming to life.

It is think it's really smart in there ... towns are moving away from traditional shopping type experiences to the multi use type facilities. Good to see us getting there... be great when bowling/ cinema opens. Indoor golf is really popular everywhere now that would be good to see ... A Ghetto golf type place

Would no doubt do well in Barnsley. There has been one in Leeds for years, but I've never set foot in there. Saw the Stone Roses at the Warehouse in Leeds in '89 and they were great. Saw them at Sheffield Arena in '95 post John Squire. They were awful. Not for me. My mate who owns Vinyl Underground is moving into the Old Frank Bird location, that is going to be Spiral City. Bar & record shop. That is far more up my street.

Just blown £180 at the Brudenell Record Fair. Some right bargains in there, Can recoup the whole spend on one jazz LP I bought from a dealer from Glasgow. Looked it up on Discogs when I got home and £25 well spent. I used to own a record shop. I never use Discogs when I'm buying. Instinct is enough. Takes the fun out of it.
