    I drove passed Rotherham rd playing fields earlier today , noticed several caravans on the fields mr athersley . Come on councillor s gerrem shifted . Scum barstxxxx .

    I know a few travellers and to be honest they are amongst the most sound people I know...don't get me wrong there are people within their community who rob and scam but isn't that a problem with people who live in houses as well?

    I couldn't give two hoots if there's a few good eggs amongst them, the issues they cause and costs associated with cleaning up after them means they should be getting ****ed off ASAP.

    I don't pay best part of a grand a year to clean up after some knackers.

    Why is it racist? I've never understood that. If they are born here and choose to live in a caravan then fine but they are not a different race to the rest of us surely?

    Everyone has the right to express concerns and issues relating to their community, but I would be wary of randomly hating a group of people because they have a way of life different to your own. There is only one natural conclusion to that. :)

    Fair point...But most Asians and Caribbean's I know are second or third generation Brits, but are still subjected to racial abuse on a daily basis.
