    POST MATCH REACTION FROM OAKWELL

BARNSLEY manager Mark Robins gave his thoughts following tonight's Carling Cup defeat at Oakwell.

Mark said: "We are disappointed tonight. We created 15 or 17 chances and really should have put one of them away. You have to take your chances when you are playing the top teams and we have learned that tonight.

"I think we paid them too much respect at the start of the game but we did create a lot of chances. There will not be many teams create that many opportunities against any Manchester United side.

"We showed that we have a lot of quality but we were lacking a little belief at times.

"It is a game to look back on and I think they will have a little regret and disappointment. It was there for us tonight".
